This course is designed to teach the skills necessary
for those who wish to man a safety boat for their sailing
club or RYA Training Centre. The syllabus covers the safe
rescue of crews and prevention of further damage to boats
and equipment, including windsurfers and canoes. We run this course in conjunction with South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club using there fleet of sailing dinghies.

Pre Requisites:
Level 2 Powerboat Course
VHF Radio Course
1st Aid Course
Duration: 2 days (10.00am – Late
Afternoon)
Minimum age: 16
Equipment Needed: Wellingtons/Old Trainers,
Hat & Gloves,
Waterproofs. We provide life jackets and can provide lightweight
waterproofs if required.
